Shipping Policy

How does our shipping work?

AuNEC works with global manufacturers and suppliers across the world  in order to provide you the best prices.

Standard International Shipping: 7-15 business days(excluding processing time) 

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 7 business days for dispatch. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched.

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. 

We are not responsible for the custom clearance delays. 

Delayed Orders: Orders No Found, In transit, Pending, Expired with more than 60 days from the purchase date are legible for free of charge re-ship or full refunds. We will not be liable for the delayed shipment and the above rules NO  longer applies to the following situations: the shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of force majeure such as epidemic situation, international situation, strike, transportation limitations, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow.

Incorrect address: 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, therefore there is a very small time gap to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to make changes on your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address, however, you will be liable for the accrued shipping costs /provide you with a refund where the shipping cost will be deducted.

Once the parcel is dispatched, you shall receive a shipping information email with the tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to track the parcel and collect it on time if, due to unsuccessful delivery, the parcel is returned to the local post office for collection. We do NOT send text messages, notifications or email reminders to collect the parcel. If the parcel is not collected and returned back to us, we can reship it, however, you will be liable for the accrued shipping costs or we can provide you with a refund where the shipping cost will be deducted
